We build the admin panels, job trackers and reports your team works in every day, shaped around how you already run things. Everyone sees what’s due, the right people see the money, and nothing lives only in the group chat.

The problem

Spreadsheets and group chats carry a small team a long way. Then the business grows, and they start costing you jobs and evenings.

  • “Only one person really understands the job sheet, and they’re on holiday this week.”

One shared tool with clear fields and statuses, so anyone on the team can pick it up.

  • “A job got missed because the message was buried in the group chat.”

Every job lives in one list with a crew and a due date, so nothing slips through.

  • “We type the same customer details into the sheet, the invoice and the calendar.”

Enter it once. The tool fills in the rest, or connects to the software you already use.

  • “I don’t know what’s overdue until a customer rings to ask.”

Late work flags itself, and a summary lands in your inbox before the week starts.

  • “Everyone can see everything, including prices and pay rates.”

Roles and permissions: crews see their own jobs, the office sees the money.

  • “Pulling the monthly numbers together takes most of a day.”

Reports that are always up to date, and an export when your accountant asks.

Live demo

This one is for a made-up landscaping company. Move jobs between columns, search and bulk-assign in the table, open a job to leave a note, then view it as a crew member. Everything is sample data, and you can reset it any time.

From spreadsheet to software

We usually start from a sheet like this one. We keep what works, the columns and habits your team already knows, and fix what doesn’t.

Drag the handle, or focus it and use the arrow keys.

What we build

Every tool is shaped around your workflow, and built from the same dependable parts.

  • Admin panels

Add, edit and find customers, jobs, stock or bookings on screens made for the task, not a grid of cells.

  • Job and order tracking

Boards and lists that move work from enquiry to invoice, with owners, due dates and a history of every change.

  • Roles and permissions

Decide who sees prices, who can edit and who only sees their own work. Every change is logged with a name.

  • Reporting and exports

Live dashboards for the numbers you check every week, plus CSV and spreadsheet exports for your accountant.

  • Automations

Reminders before jobs are due, status emails to customers and a Monday summary, so nothing depends on memory.

  • Imports and integrations

We bring in your existing spreadsheets, and connect to your accounting software or calendar where they allow it.

Reporting

Reports read from the same data your team updates, so they’re never a day behind. Pick the few numbers you actually check, and have them emailed when you want them.

Process

Custom software shouldn’t be a leap of faith. You see it working on your own data early, and your team shapes it as it’s built.

  1. Brief or short call

Step 1: Tell us what you need

Tell us how jobs move today and what hurts. A screenshot of the spreadsheet you’re outgrowing helps.

  2. After a workflow review

Step 2: Get a fixed quote

We sit with the people doing the work, then send a written scope of screens, roles and integrations, a fixed price and a dated plan.

  3. Working pieces early

Step 3: We build, you review weekly

A preview loaded with a copy of your real data, growing every week. Your team uses it early and tells us what’s missing.

  4. Import, train, switch over

Step 4: Launch and look after

We move your data across, check the counts with you, train each role and keep adjusting as the business changes.

Your quote

Internal tools are quoted after a short workflow review, once we know which screens, roles and integrations you need. Hosting and the database run on your own accounts, at cost.

  • The scope

What we'll build, page by page or screen by screen, and what's out of scope, in plain words.

  • A fixed price

One price for the agreed scope. It only changes if the scope does, and only with your OK.

  • A dated timeline

When the first preview arrives, when each part lands and when you go live.

  • What you'll own

The code, the design and every account, in your name from day one.

  • Running costs, itemised

Hosting, email and any other services listed one by one, paid to each provider at cost.

FAQ

Yes, and it’s usually where we start. We go through the sheet with you to merge duplicates and tidy inconsistent entries, import it, and check the totals match before anyone switches over. If some of your data lives in other software, we look at whether it can be exported or connected.
